I just got a phone call from Baba.
He said he read the long email I sent him in my confusion and in my distress, seeking guidance and help.
He told me, he understood where I was coming from, and that he wanted me to go ahead and do what I felt was right. He said, he understood my feelings about Baba Erin’s attitudes, because he experienced the same things when he was here last year.
I feel so much better. I thought this disengaging from the ile was going to be much worse. In fact, once I had made the decision, both Baba and Iya have been loving and supportive and understanding.
They’re letting me go!
God is good….
